Does everyone who is participating use a food journal that records nutrients and stuff
Does everyone use walking/bicycling something that will give you a distance as a form of exercise
I do not have food journal. I eat very simple foods and if needed can easily start to write it down dayly. I do exercise every day (Sundays are my days of rest) 3.4 miles on treadmile inclined. + 3 times a week weight resistant training. 9 hours of work outs per week in all.
