When does it start: Friday September 15
Get your participation request in by September 14 at 6:00pm eastern time.
How long does it last. 7 weeks
When does it end: Tuesday October 31
Teams: Ghosts and Goblins (team members will be drawn from a hat)
What do I have to do:
1. say you want to play
2. Post in the halloween challenge thread weekly
3. Weekly weigh ins on Friday.
4. Team with the highest percentage of fat lost is the winner (percentage is determined by starting team weight - ending team weight = change team weight / starting team weight x 100 and we have percentage.


Let's scare off some pounds for halloween

if you're already playing in boys vs girls - you can play in this one too...
 
I'm in another challenge but I'm game for this one too....especially since I have a Halloween personal challenge anyway because it's my birthday!! :D :D So if you'll have me I want in!

i want to play to. with a challange you always try harder, which makes it funner to see if you really can do it.

You'll post your weight on friday and you'll use friday's weight. (we're using friday as the date because that seems to be the date of all our challenges... :D
 
I would love to play. This seems like the perfect 1st challenge - I'll have to think up a fabulous reward costume!
 
Excellent so many people want to play.. I'm thinking of adding some twists (good ones - nothign spooky) to this challenge to get "bonus points" for your team.

Does everyone who is participating use a food journal that records nutrients and stuff
Does everyone use walking/bicycling something that will give you a distance as a form of exercise
 
Can I play too, please? I have never done it before, it sounds like a lot of fun. It is a bit lonely loosing weight all by lonesome self:)
