How is the weight loss points calculated:
Team Weight Loss.
-2 points - team gained more than .1 percent
-1 points - team gained between .01 percent and .1 percent.
0 points - team held steady - no gain no loss
1 points - team lost between .01 and .1 percent
2 points - team lost between 1.01 and 1.5 percent
3 points - team lost between 1.51 and 2.0 percent

Bonus challenge will be revealed on a weekly basis

How's my team doign???? Did we have a good day yest??

I feel short of my water goal, 64 of 90 oz. But thats a HUGE improvement for me! my cals were good. Had like 500 cals, then 3 pieces of pizza. I did deny myself, for the first time in AGES a late night snack! Im so proud of myself!! Got in 30 min's pilates and 45 min's mowing lawn w/ push mower...

Ready to kick butt again today...

Hi newbride!

Yesterday was pretty good for me too-- I also fell short of my water goal (drank 60 out of 86 oz) but that was also more water than I've ever consumed in a day. And I jogged two miles! :) I'm happy right now, and ready to make another go of it today! Freddies are gonna kick some butt!

hey yall, i made my goal yesterday, peed my butt off, but made it...160 oz!!!! I only have to drink 141 but hey, i didnt get a chance to exercise yesterday, but i walked for about 20 minutes so far todat, gonna walk more later, may cut grass...dont know, well, will update later, good luck everybody, lets SLASH some pounds~!!

water goal not met today, sorry guys, 120 out of 141 :-/ I jus couldnt push myself to drink the rest, between runnin to the bathroom to pee, i felt like throwin up, i did walk for over an hour though :) and mostly uphill, so thats good~! Comeon guys we can do this, lets kick butt~! ;)

I didn't do so good with water today... but I was over my goal yesterday... I'm working on getting some more h2o in before I go to bed...

Looks like we are all having trouble w/ our water goal. Its hard! I never really drank water adn now i'm doing like 64 oz day....still short of my 90. but its a significant raise I'd say.

5 more days till the 1st weigh in! Lets make it a good one!!
 
Yesterday I actually met my water goal! Of course, it was because I drank something near three glasses during/after dinner... and ended up running to the bathroom literally every 15-20 minutes thereafter... so we'll see how today goes! :)

Water or not, we're going to have a fantastic weigh-in on Friday! Go Freddies!

Ok, workout today was over an hour of cuttin grass uphill...with a pushmower....so sore I can hardly move. ugh....water goal not met yet, but will soon....Will post again later~!
