Hey folks,
Feel like I have to apologize early. I have been doing well on water and decently on exercise but my food has been so hard to control. Same problem that has plagued me for months. I am having such a hard time snaping out of the eating bad stuff cycle. I was so good for the first 6 months! Just really need to try to buckle down. However, I have been having a hard time doing that. We shall see how it's reflected on the scale on weigh day. I seem to be bouncing around within a few lbs but not really losing. grrrrrrrr at least I know it's my own fault!
