I just went and saw the new HALLOWEEN it was pretty good and what I exspected because you know rob zombies mind is out there when it comes to movies haha.

I am such a chicken when it comes to scary movies. I just can't watch them! :rolleyes: oh well. I hope you had fun watching it though! :)
 
This is a great idea! I have liter bottles I use so i knwo just buy doing a count of bottles but I really liked this idea!


hehe thanks. i would use bigger bottles, but i have tiny hands, and im a weakling so the big bottles are just harder lol :p
 
I just keep a tick sheet at work and mark off as i drinik but i already drink that much water so it's pretty simple :)

woohoo keep up the great work teamies.. I am really going to be loading up on the water now that I bought me an elliptical tonight.. woohoo now to rock out the exercise no matter what the weather is like.. hahah i can't wait i didn't get it until after 8pm today and my little man who didn't nap for me today fell asleep at 8pm in the car on the way to the store to pick up the elliptical.. so i'll put it together tomorrow morning then exercise either when goes down for his nap or when he's watching his movie as it shouldn't be that hard to do since he gets really into his movies.. haha Keep up the great work everyone. I got my 123 oz in plus more since i drink 6- 24oz bottles of water today.. total 144 oz..
 
wow great job on guzzling down that water !!

so jealous you have an elliptical, id love to have one ! Unfortunately college fees ate all my money... boo

Howdy teamates grrr this site aggervates me sometimes I couldn't get on well it felt like eternity lol.I walked 2 miles lastnight not long but 30 minutes of sweaty heat and I dran my 2-64 ozs cups of water I have had 2 64 ozs cups today to and it's not even dinner yet lol I love water specially when it is 96 degrees out.GREAT JOB EVERYONE AND DRINK UP TAMMY:D:pumpkin:

Sorry I've been MIA, I've had the CRAZIEST 2 wks of my life, ask tammy, she's keeping up on my diary.

Anyways, i'm here, I'm ready to kick butt and win the challenge!!! This 1st weigh in might not be my best...not sure yet...but I'm building my momentum and I'm gonna try to loose 20 by the end of the challenge.

Hey teamies... Hope everyone's doing good on getting in their water and their exercise. I have gotten 48 out of the 123 oz I need to drink to get the pts of the bonus but its only 5pm. I'm going to make sure i get it in but gotta get dinner and done. I have also 15minutes so far of exercise in but will get in the rest in a few minutes. see you all later
 
im doing ok. the water has been tough for me because i was used to having a few diet soda's in the day, but im weening myself off those and im trying to stick STRICTLY to water :)

Bought an exercise ball today so ive been wobbling around on that for the past hour or so :p its fun

Feel like I have to apologize early. I have been doing well on water and decently on exercise but my food has been so hard to control. Same problem that has plagued me for months. I am having such a hard time snaping out of the eating bad stuff cycle. I was so good for the first 6 months! Just really need to try to buckle down. However, I have been having a hard time doing that. We shall see how it's reflected on the scale on weigh day. I seem to be bouncing around within a few lbs but not really losing. grrrrrrrr at least I know it's my own fault!

Don't be so hard on yourself,I think it ishard to go 8 weeks str8 without a bad day or even week,I had some food lastnight and pizza and ice cream tonight,I did however hop on the st.bike for 6.2 miles 36 minutes to try to help with the damage a little.I hate when cravi ngs hit BUT the good thing it will get better.;)Have a gr8 weigh N teamates and if it isn't the gr8test we will knock em dead next weigh in :rotflmao::rofl:knocke em dead lol thats the Halloween spirit.:flame:

There ya have it folks, I somehow managed to loose 1.5 pds this week!!! holy cow! in all honesty, I really wasn't trying too much b/c of just starting school and the flood, i just had too much going on. I guess all the extra excersize has helped out. Anyways, I'm REALLY gonna kick it up now!! I was looking through my closet and I saw all the nice clothes I could wear if I just lost 15-20 pds. I'm really gonna do it! Starting monday I'm gonna start recording my cals again!!
