Basic information and point system.
* for each day you complete a bonus
+ for each day you exersice 30 minutes Max 6 days we need 1 REST day
-1 pt if you gain at the end of the week
+2 if you lose at the end of the week
Example of a good week what it should look like

Also there will be an extra 100 points to the team that has the most people left at the end of the challange that didn't drop out.

FF...she says an * for bonus and an + for excersize, so she must be planning a bonus along w/ the daily excersize!!

Not sure how/if i'm gonna be able to keep up w/ the bonuses you guys...I'm gonna try, but as you might know, my life has turned into a nightmare lately, so I'll do the best as I can...now as far as weight loss....i"m gonna KICK SOME BUTT!!!

Ok this was made by imstarting2morrow and would be neat to add it as out sig picture I am having a lil trouble getting it to fit in size it keeps saying file to big so I used the smallest one on PHOTOBUCCKET and still no luck but check this out TEAM!!!!

:rofl: I hear that....:beerchug: I love water so it will be easy for me I have a cup that holds 64ozs and it gets filled 2 times on a regular thirsty day and when I walk alot 3 x's filled.GO TEAM lets have a GR8 week and don't for get to credit yourself daily with the * for bonus and + exersice,we need all the points we can get!TAMMY:pumpkin:
