I really don't want to be that first picture. I've eaten ok today, could have done better. Got the water down too, and today was my day off for exercise. Even though we can have one day off I really shouldn't take one ever again. It felt as though if I didn't give it my all I wasn't giving any at all.

I missed my water intake on Saturday, but hit it on Sunday... I am not a big water drinker at all. And man was I chugging away each day and I fell asleep before I finished it Saturday! Hopefully I can hit it the rest of the week.

How is everyone else doing?
 
Hey everyone, hope all are doing well! I missed my water intake for Saturday and today because I wasn't home throught out the day and forgot to take my water bottle with me:( but I did however work out for 3 hours on both days so I'm happy about that! Food intake has been OKAY but I can do much better..I'm hoping to drop atleast a couple pounds this week. Good luck with tomorrow guys:)
 
Hey everyone. I've done good on my water intake and exercised for 30minutes. I'm watching everything I eat but I have to admit on Saturday we did eat out and I had a salad but not a very good one and I had a couple bites of dessert but I felt like crap afterwards so I got on the elliptical (Saturdays are usually my rest day). What is everyones routine? I can't get to the gym because I have 2 - 2 month olds and a 7 year old. I feel like I am not doing enough. I get on the elliptical for 20-30 minutes a day or walk the track a couple miles (when it's not raining). I also have the biggest loser DVD but I am so burnt out on it. Any ideas? Oh yeah I also have 3lb. and 5lb. dumbbells. Well I am off to do my walk, I think I am going to go the extra mile today and do 3. Good luck to all! Drink that water!

I usually feel like crap when I eat something bad. Specially since I eat it fast because I am hungry as heck!!!!! Don't feel bad, Keep up the good work and stay healthy. :)

You will drop pounds. I know it. with dedication everything is possible. Sometimes is hard to drink water, specially if you are not thirsty. Keep up the good work Angelica!!!!!!
 
Me personally, doing good. I usually do 30 min weights and 60 min fast-walking in the gym. I know I will cheat on Sept 8th (Friend's Birthday) and Sept 22nd. (another Friend's Birthday).

Maybe I will skip the cake.

Ok, I drank tons of water today!!! Probably drank 16 20oz bottles of water. (320oz)

First of all great job on the water intake there curnaco.

Ok today has been iffy. I still am going to exercise and I already drank my water. But I haven't done much else today. I was out on the lake all day on a pontoon boat. I got some arm exercise in while tubing. I could not pull myself up on the tube and then when we got going I was holding on. My arms were burning. We had BBQ and coleslaw and potato salad, and some dessert. I really need to make up for it.

Does anyone know of any good workout DVD's that you can buy in the store that really get you going and help you tone up/ lose weight?? I really need to find something because I'm going to get burned out on the elliptical.

Welcome boam46, congratulations on your graduation and a belated Happy Birthday. I read about that in your diary but forgot.
 
Nope not during the day, although at night is a different story. It seems whenever I'm ready to go to bed all the water from the day says it wants to leave.
 
Anyone else feel like their just peeing all day?

I've been drinking water like this for quite awhile... and yes... I feel like I need to pee a lot more than I used to. However, not as much as when I first started drinking water like this... you're body will get used to it.
 
Yeah I feel the same way Lizz, Sometimes I drink Diet Mountain Dew, It gives me a fresh taste without the calories and I know its packed with Caffeine for that extra boost. lol
 
16 20ozs!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! I drank 6 20 ozs. and my stomach feels like a water balloon well not feels but sounds...lol. Way to go on that and everyone who has been drinking up! I bought a jump rope today so this should be a fun and new thing to try. I couldn't walk the 3 miles yesterday but I did do 1 1/2. I will continue to push myself. I just pray I lose something this week. My husband said not to get down if I don't because sometimes you gain muscle and it might not say you lost but in reality you did. You should check out Turbo Jam DVDs. I LOVE them and they're an awesome workout. Also, it helps me with throwing punches and kicks. (I kickbox also.) The music's phenomenal! Good luck with your run!

Personally speaking, I've been drinking 12 c of water per day since the bonus week started. It's much easier to get used to it if you start your water intake earlier in the day.. that way you won't be peeing all the way until the evening. Also... exercise helps to get rid of all that extra water. haha I've been spending at least 60mins on cardio and 60 mins on weight training (5 days a week... body split so I'm not working the same muscles) Eating wise... I've been logging everything and eating clean, well except for a Dorito here and there, but always in my calorie range.

Anyways... everyone's doing awesome. Keep it up, team!
