Basic information and point system.
* for each day you complete a bonus
+ for each day you exersice 30 minutes Max 6 days we need 1 REST day
-1 pt if you gain at the end of the week
+2 if you lose at the end of the week

Also there will be an extra 100 points to the team that has the most people left at the end of the challange that didn't drop out.

Im the first one to post in here!!!! I just want to say to all my team members that I am so happy to be in this challenge and so happy to be sharing this with you guys. My name is Robert and I am 24 years old from Indianapolis, Indiana.

I began my Journey April 1 2007 with a whooping 215 Pounds. Now after 5 long months I am down to 160 pounds. My Goal is to be at 145. (I am 5' 7" by the way)

I am here to support all my team members with their weight loss, to share, to motivate and provide encouragement...

I know we can do it and this is going to be fun!!!!!

Hey Robert and Lizz! My name is Donna and I am 25 years old from Savannah, GA. I just gave birth 2 1/2 months ago to twins. I also have a 7 year old daughter. My heaviest before pregnancy was 240lbs. I got up to 275 with twins and I have been busting butt ever since I gave birth. I am now down to 210lbs. so I am down 30lbs. from my pre-pregnancy weight. I just had my post partum appt. yesterday and my OB said I had a slight systolic heart murmur :confused: so I really need to do this for my health. I can't wait to experience this with you all. GO TEAM!

Hi everyone, I am 26 and have a 1 year old. I am Canadian, but currently living in Switzerland. I have struggled with my weight my entire life, I Managed to lose 70lb and then got pregnant and gained 50lb. So Started at 257, and am now 248.9.

First day of the challenge...woohoo! So far I've eaten breakfast, 1 serving of total whole grain cereal with a serving of skim milk and 2 small slices of cantaloupe. Off to do my 30 minutes of cardio! If anyone has any ideas for extra bonuses let me know. Good Luck to all! :hug2:

Hows everyone doing on their water?? I need to drink 4 of my water bottles to reach the amount to get the bonus and I've drank 1.5 so far. I'm not a big water drinker but I'l definately get it down today before I sleep!
 
So how did everyone do with the water challenge today? I'm still trying to get my last 1/2c down. haha Yup.. looks like I'm going to be peeing in the middle of the night. (Note to self: drink water WAY earlier in the day) Good job, everyone!

Great day. I've just about got my water covered for the day, I'm about 1 ounce away and I gotta take some pills later so I'll be set. I went hiking today and did just around 2 miles, really worked up a sweat and had some good hills, I felt my butt working. I also ate very well. Today was good.
I'm getting all my points today.

Hello Team,

I hope everybody is doing good. Im hitting the Gym really hard and watching EVERYTHING I eat. I also said No to my wife because she wanted to go and eat out. We went out but I just stare at her while she was eating a great BBQ hamburger with some Steak-Fries. Then I remembered how motivated I was.
