I just had a discussion with my GF. She says she looks horrible with a pony tail, and that no one likes it. I say guys love it, because the neck is exposed, etc and we can actually see the face. She said I was the only one who though so and well.. you can see the result here.. I had to make a poll about it! So honest opinions, plz :D

I split it up between woman and men so I can see if there is a difference. I've got the feeling most women think that it looks too regular.. you know.. you make a ponytail when you sit in your baggy comfy pants (which, by the way, is also very attractive! :p) in front of the telly.

I think I might be a bit weird or something.. hopefully not, though!

If you're a girl and you think a ponytail is attractive, it does not automatically mean you're into girls, just so we've got that cleared up :p

I don't really have a hairstyle preference, but yea. Ponytail's are cool are because you get to see the face, and it isn't covered by hair like other times.

I guess some girls might not like pony tails because they feel so exposed?

Girls with pony tails are hot, look at allison stoke. My mrs wears her hair in a pony tail after she trains in the morning. The chlorine makes her hair wavey and for some strange reason chlorine hair turns me on lol

Sometimes having my hair tied back makes me feel unbelievably sexy in that no effort kind of way but then other times I like having it out. Interesting topic and now I have a reason to show two different photos of myself and get your opinions....

Hahaha I added more since then, slightly self obsessed at the moment. The funny thing is that first photo is my hair at it's most natural, slightly wavey and just thrown back with a clip and hair elastic!

Yea thats probably it, I like it when women keep it natural and don't put tons of make up on their face and other crap in their hair.

It looks kind of plain to me. I've always considered it the lazy, I don't feel like doing my hair, hairdo. I think it looks better on younger women than more mature ones though.

I don;t really experiment with different hairstyles myself. The only time is put my hair up is for working out/swimming. To me, long, free and flowy hair is much more sexy.

Don't necessarily want or like to have my hair up in a ponytail, but often I will keep my hair up. It's not because I like it that way it is because my kids will play with it, pull it, or try to throw it out of my face.... lol

It's just easier to keep it back when I am at home around them. If they aren't around , it's down.

Hair is unnecessary weight. I guess if you are a weekend warrior or some sort of casual slacker type then maybe you like to do that hippie ****, but me I shave it off every time I see it.

Consequently I have developed a tendency to avoid mirrors that has increased my productivity by 812%.

Funny...

I prefer guys with some hair, but super long hair is unnecessary.

The only reason I have fairly long hair now (3-4 inches past my shoulders) is because I'm growing it out to donate it... It is a lot more of a hassle to take care of though.

FFS, iv just picked 'No' because i didnt read the first post.

LOL, i thought you meant a pony tail for yourself Kark, ima f**king idiot.

Anyway, i love hair, as long as its nice its nice. Only hair on the head though ;)

lol, isn't it? I use to have my hair down to my butt because I hated to go to hair dressers! For 27 years I would just "trim" it. Finally like two years ago I had a wedding to attend. I made the dreaded appointment and went.

Turned out I got an amazing hairdresser and he did a fantastic job. Took 6" off the first time....lol It was soooo nice to have lost the weight! :) He's the only person I will go to...

I grew up watching Heidi on TV so I’ve always had a little thing for women with ponytails. Plus the really fit girl at my primary school (my first unrequited love) had a really long pony tail so they’re stuck in my mind as a sign of purity but sexy too
