The bumper may have taken a lot of the blow and there's probably a fair amount of area between the radiator and the actual engine. You really need a bodyshop to evaluate the damage. It's like a tooth with some decay: if the decay runs shallow it's just minor drill & fill...but if the decay runs to the root, it's a whole root-canal, crown, etc...$$$$$$
