Sorry I didn't weigh in sooner. I had to house sit for the weekend and no internet. I lost 5.5 pounds. Everyone did really well, good job. Once again sorry I was late.

Sorry guys this is my first day out of bed for ages. It seems I started to do too much exercise when I hadn’t fully recovered from the flu I had. I really am sorry to have disappointed you girls, you had wonderful losses congratulations. Thank you for the well wishes. I lost 3 pounds. Congratulations to the girls who won.
