I just want to start the new week off by thanking every who has posted in my diary. I appreciate it very much, so thank you! Yea ok so Amanda did beat me last thursday in racquetball. I think I may have hyperextended my right elbow while lifting. I got to rest it pretty much all weekend and it does feel a lot better today. It still hurts a bit, but I'm still going to the rec today and gotta suck it up... no pain, no gain right? My weekend was overall pretty good, hope it was the same for everyone else!

Greg, looks like you are doing great. Hey if you guys set nutritional goals, I'd love to hear about them. I may be able to steal an idea or two from you guys!
I'm back to my winning ways again in racquetball. Did some mroe lifting again yesertday. The elbow and ankle are feeling much better today. Hopefuly this week I can go without hurting myself. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was good except for all the school work I had to do over it!!!! I'm suppose to be able to relax over the weekend!!
I'm going to start cutting down on pop. I don't know about totally eliminating it, but I'm going to start drinking more propel water and crystal light, hopefully that will help make a differnce along with working out too. Now I just gotta figure out a eating plan that will work...
well I don't know about green tea, but I do like the grape propel water and I like the crystal lite stuff which I think is 5 calroies per serving. Yea I am all healthy for now lol. We'll be going to the rec here in about an hour although next week I wont be around because next week is SPring Break for me and I will be going home for a week
