I did make it, and I would have told you about yesterday but the internet won't load this site sometimes. I did 30 min on the elliptical and 3x10@20 squats and deadlifts. Today I'll do upper body. It was my first time at a new gym and I was really scared to go, I kinda had to pump myself up to go inside. But everyone was really nice and nobody stared at me and giggled or called me fatty. One of the trainers even helped me do squats. He came up and was like, "mind if I help you with your form?" And I was like, please do! So he did, so that was cool.
Not surprisingly, my weight has ballooned up to the highest it's ever been, I'm not sure if I want to post it on here yet. I'll think about it.
