Gonna get that Warhawk status

Haven't lifted in nearly 2 weeks- Track is just draining energy outta me.

Somehow though I have gained 6-7 pounds but look like I'm leaner which is pretty cool- I have been eating like a monster. I'm also growing though- I'm 6'2 now at 193 pounds. Last November I was 6'0 and a half....strong growth.

100 meter dash- 13.82 seconds
200 meter dash- 30.11 seconds
400 meter dash- 64 seconds
Long jump/ Triple Jump/ 2 mile- skipped to rest my hip.
Shot Put- 29 feet

Looks like I'm gonna be a thrower- I'm too slow to run. 29 ft I was told was workable for a beginner.
 
6'2 now? Lucky :) I've been 6'0.5 since about last November, and I'm praying to God I grow another 2 - 3 inches :/ Are you sleeping a lot man? And I seem to remember you saying you were 6' over a year ago. Have you started growing again?

I was 6'1 in january at MEPS. in December I was 6'0 and a half.

Growing real fast- haven't been on much

I'm starting to get even leaner again my weight dropped to like 185 from 193. I would be pretty ripped at 170 right now but I'm not cutting- I need the carbs.

Today I have a meet- competing in the 100 meter dash and shot put.
 
Thurs/Fri I missed school for competition and Monday/Today I missed school because of sick/ sleep disorder.

I wen't to bed last night at 9:00 PM and laid there till 7:00 am...... :(

I think I got sleep issues- been having problem since last summer maybe I should finnally get this checked out.

Good news- despite having only 2-3 weight workouts since February- I still benched 205 fairly easily.
