How are we doing, hotties? It's the new year, is everyone pumped? Working out? Eating right? Drinking your water? Yesterday was kind of an off day for me, (hungover *laugh*) but today I got up, worked out, had a healthy breakfast and bunch of water. Woot!
 
Going good so far!! 2lbs lost and back on my calorie counting diet!! I am going to get back into the gym tommorow (today if I can tear myself away from this computer!! lol It is so nice to have a fresh start:D
 
today is really my start day - and not a great start... didn't eat breakfast =(

but besides that, I'm doing good... we're in this for the long haul, so a blip here and there won't be too bad for us =)
 
Ok people....I'm not motivated at all. I've been stuck at 167.5 for a month now and it's really tickin' me off. Why bother working hard to lose weight if it doesn't come off!!!!

I need help.
 
Hi everyone. I hope it isn't too late to join this challenge. It sounds very inspiring. I started posting a diary and didn't get far. I spent more time reading others than anything else. Then the holdiays came and I am shocked not to see more damage then the 1# so far.

Quick bio if you are interested.... I work full time, have 5 children (3 are teens), will be 37 in a few days, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. I was doing well with exercise and such after Thanksgiving but things got crazy. My mom just got a kidney transplant 2.5 weeks ago so that has thrown everything off along with the holidays. Now I expect things to settle down a bit.

So, my starting wt was 198#, am 190 as of today, will reweigh on Fri officially though. My long term goal is to return to about 120.

Because 167 is waaaaaay better than the weight you started at? Because you deserve to be healthy? Because I said so! :D

i weighed in today... no loss =( but i also didn't really weigh myself the first time until a few days ago. AND I haven't been to the gym yet... I need my butt kicked!
 
i also wanna join. can i can i??? please :D my weight is 95kg, or about 209 pounds. and by December 2007 i WILL be a hottie with abaout 130 pounds, or 60 kg. (give or take few pounds, i've never been good at math)

I know weigh in is friday (I think) But when I weighed myself today I got really excited... I have lost 3lbs!!! After gaining for the past couple days it was good to see the number down!!!:D

Off to a good start. This forum and support group stuff rocks. I use to think about my weight all the time negatively. But now these forums are allowing me to look at it positively, which is really keeping me on track and motived.

How are ya'll hotties doing? I'm super excited about my weight this morning (165), but it's been pretty up and down lately, so who knows what it will be tomorrow. Hello Everyone! I'm Charlie and I'm new to the board! But, the first thread I looked at was this one, so I am going to call it fate! Because, this is the year I am going to get hot! I started on December 27, 2006, at least that is the day I weighed in at 261 lbs. Today I weighed myself and I weigh 258.4! So I have lost 2.6 pounds so far!

My goal is to loose 2 pounds a week, so 8 pounds a month. How am I going to do it? Well, I am, and have been for the last week and a half, eating 3 healthy meals a day and trying my best to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I usually exercise using a video game called Dance Dance Revolution, but I want to expand to biking, running, and kayaking. However, those things aren't as easy to do when you are operating underneath a ton of fat :p .

I am going to start a journal on here too, hopefully that will help.

I am so excited! :D :D :D :D
