Ok this is for all of you ready to DO IT! We will do goals and challenges to get us to our 2007 Ultimate goals! Everyone is more than welcome to join! Official weigh ins are Fridays! I want to make people quarterly Biggest losers of the club! So basicall every 3 months we choose 4 biggest losers in this thread! Then I want to try to send them each a post card from all the members in this club! I may be away some but this thread can hold its own and whoever wants can do what is needed if they want! If I am gone do to moving I will post on Friday what I weigh so I wont desert any of you! So set the goals and lets start 12/29/06 newbies feel free to join also!:D

I'm in also! My weights are in Kgs, but to get the poundage times it by 2.2
At the moment I'm at 201 pounds (91.3kg). I haven't changed my ticker as I'm on the Cohens diet and you are only supposed to weigh yourself officially once a month (LOL - I weigh every morning). I'll only update my ticker after my monthly weigh in.
Go hard people - and you will get some cards from Australia!

In in, sounds like fun. I need a new challenge, ate too much over christmas- was down to 164 and now back up to 168. :( Oh well. Good luck everyone.
 
Count me in....We can do this! ohhhh no its friday:( :eek: I weigh 196 today!:eek: gained over the holidays...and my birthday is on christmas double whammy:eek:
 
I'm here!!! I'm starting at 163.6, and my goal is 25 lbs (give or take) by my birthday in May. That's about 6-ish pounds a month.
 
I'm in. Let's DO IT! I've got my hot swimsuit all picked out and I'm ready to drop some jaws. My goal is 140 pounds and 25% body fat (or less) by August 7th, which is my thirtieth birthday, and eventually 130. I weighed in at 167 this morning...gained a couple of pounds over Christmas. Boo.

i am so in. i want to improve my hotness. lol you can indeed be hot at any age.
the lastes essence magazine has women in it from 25-90 and all look fabulous.
they share their tips and lifestyles that has got them where they are. hotness
is an attitude. if you don't think you are hot, fine and sexy nobody else will.
let's do it guys and girls. we are bringing Sexy back baby!:p
