I have a question regarding this issue..is it true..?
if your abs are like any other muscle and the more you work a muscle the bigger it becomes..then what is the best exercise for tight, defined but not manly..?
I don't believe abs are like most muscles in your body- you can't train them as you do your arms or legs, they need some TLC. But for tight defined abs... i'd say crunches and other workouts similar to that... Along maybe with weighted crunches. You probably always hear this but, everyone has abs, they're just covered by fat so one must take care of that to see the abs.
I'm no ab expert, ive been trying to get a 6 pack for like a year and im just starting to see results. And im skinny
