Getting myself out of bed!!

Well I was a morning person, but as it gets colder outside I am becoming a total sloth. I am just hoping that daylight savings helps me to wake up earlier - but the cold weather is a serious deterrent to going to the gym at 7 am...

I know it's just a matter of practice, but anyone have any ideas for supplemental indoor workouts during the winter? I really don't want to gain the winter 15.
