Hey, I am new here, so I just wanna say hi before I start asking questions like a kid starting puberty. Anyways, I have had a very crummy summer filled with actionless days which culminated in me sitting around on my butt all day. Not really conducive to staying fit. I've started a diet that has been working. I'm eating less meat, cut out soda and candy, stay more active, and drink more water and eat more veggies & fruits. I've also been weightlifting regularly. This has been working well. My thighs are starting to slim, and my belly is at a good place. So I got lucky in those two areas. One area however, is my neck. Specifically, between my neck and chin. There is a fatty "gobble." Basically, whenever I angle my head downward slightly, I get that fatty "ring." Not serious at all, but still noticeable, and unneeded!
Now, I know there are neck exercises, but will they work for this problem. If so, what can I do so that I don't get a very thick neck. No offense, but I don't want my neck to be very wide. Thanks for any help and cool forum
