Hey Matt! I went for a period of not oging on the forums for a while so i didnt know this thread was here. Well ur bulking, thats cool! I say when u do bulk, pay alot of attention to ur traps, they are a little small in comparrison to the rest of ur body, also really work hard on your lats! Then ull look real buff!
But about going to the gym 2 times a day! thats abit crazy dude, you should only really be working out each muscle group about 2 times a week! Yes, this is even on a bulk. But trust me, if u really push urself hard on those days ur there, u might not feel like ur doing much, but trust me, it will work. Ive gone by this theory and since my last picture, ive developed an actual chest! (I increased my calories also, im have 4 egg whites and 2 fricken cups of oats for breakfast now!)

Well, ur chest is looking huge! Keep up the good bulk, but just because uve GOT thousands of shakes don't mean u gotta have 4? a day! Keep it at two and have lots of chicken and ****.
