I'd say you would look good around 175, same bf%.. Until then, keep eating :p lol

I completely agree. I'm jealous of both of you guys with your damn beach...all we got is some damn dirty lakes.
 
my goal is 170 :D

ill be gratefull at 175..

im eating so much g-d damn food..

breakfast 4 eggz + protein shake 9 am 40g
later weight gainer shake 11am 50g
a can of beans + protein shake 1:20 pm 50g
4 eggz + protein shake 3:30 pm 40g
steak.. with soem viegies.. 630 pm 25g
slapped some peanut butter onto soem bread ate some peanuts. called it a meal 30g
10:30 casein shake then sleep! 50g


wo0o 285g of protein.. >_< [burps] [swallows throwup. mmm peanuts..]
 
I've been cutting for 4 weeks straight with no cheating, I'm down to 200 (from 215). I think I'll end up finishing around 185-195... I'll take some pics for you to compare, since I'm the same height..
 
Hey Matt! I went for a period of not oging on the forums for a while so i didnt know this thread was here. Well ur bulking, thats cool! I say when u do bulk, pay alot of attention to ur traps, they are a little small in comparrison to the rest of ur body, also really work hard on your lats! Then ull look real buff!

But about going to the gym 2 times a day! thats abit crazy dude, you should only really be working out each muscle group about 2 times a week! Yes, this is even on a bulk. But trust me, if u really push urself hard on those days ur there, u might not feel like ur doing much, but trust me, it will work. Ive gone by this theory and since my last picture, ive developed an actual chest! (I increased my calories also, im have 4 egg whites and 2 fricken cups of oats for breakfast now!)

Anyway, good luck with this all, im sure people will be doing -> :eek: when they see you after the summer holidays finish for u guys. Lol, its winter here and frikin freezing! Mum says i just don't have enough bf on me to keep me warm, but im working on it ;)

Well, ur chest is looking huge! Keep up the good bulk, but just because uve GOT thousands of shakes don't mean u gotta have 4? a day! Keep it at two and have lots of chicken and ****.

ehh well ive been a bad kid.. and decided to eff the bulking.. im 138 lbs again. :-s heres an update pic..

well, 1st i had started running i lost 10 lbs off the bat..

then i got sick. so i didnt workout for a week and i had a lost of apetite..

soo i got down to 140 lbs

then 3 days later i got sick again.. then im 138.. voila!
