fuel's summer bulking

well.. as yall sayd.. i should keep bulking, and hell, thats what im gonna do!

in doign this i know that i will be missing out on stuff such as; being a beach bum, having all the girls wanting me,beach sex, and my abs will be gone.. keeping this in mind its gonna take detication motivation and disipline.

ill be hitting the gym twice a day. working my legs or abs in the morning and in the evening working on either chest/shoulders/tris or biceps/back/traps
the morning session lasting an hour, and the evening two hours.

ill be eating 6 times a day my breakfast(8-9am) will consist of either oatmeal, eggz, or oatmeal.. lol (big choices.. pfft) and a multivitamin. and tribulus fuel

then ill hit the gym 30 mins after breakfast day 1 ill work my legs day 2 ill work my abs for an hour.

ill come home make myself a 100% whey protein shake

2.5 hours later eat tuna, turkey, or ham sandwich. and tribulus fuel

ill have another. protein drink or can of beans.. at 330

at 4 have my nitrix explosion (when i run out im goona take mega creatine 30 mins b4 breakfast)

hit the gym at 430

come home at 630 have dinner (somekind of meat) and tribulus fuel

9 have my pm protein

i think this is a recipee for success..what do yall think? :D
noww alls i hafta do is wait till the 1st of june so i can buy these supplements XD

Heck..

Geesh, enjoy the summer all cut in my opinion... start bulking in Oct-Jan (lots of good food comes up during the holidays anyways. Then, start cutting about Jan for summer. With abs like that, I wouldn't give up anything you stated above. lol
 
Someone is a non-conformist...I do think you need to bulk, but if you can stand to wait, you could, at least until fall.

It doesn't look like you'll be eating enough, just my opinion though. You need more carbs as well.

You also have a nice setup for over-training, no offense, but it is definitely too much.

ill put in a weight gainer shake after the a.m. session

the tuna sandwich is looking pretty week eh? lol ill throw in some nuts and an apple covered in peanut butter..

if thats not enough ill add food as the week progresses.

as for overtraining.. im alredy doing the same workout routine but i split it up doing one leg excerise a day and 2 diferent abb excerises a day.. so i dont think it would be much of a problem for me ill be hitting it 5 or 6 days a week. depending if im exhausted on friday or not..

jungleb - the thing is.. if i "enjoy" the summer i wont progress for 3 months. i wanna go back to school (my senior year) and be the one they look at. cuz in september i start cross country and i wanna build some muscle for that.. soo i dont look like all the skinny cross country people

You might want to incorporate some shrugs into your training. Your shoulders look great in that back db pic, but your traps are small in comparison.
Im not saying go for the no neck look by all means, just maybe place some (more) focus on them. Looking lean bro, thats awesome! :)

Oh yeah that's cool. You didn't mention all that before (in this post anyways), and of course if you have other reasons to start bulking, I would do so as well.

You can get bitches without your abs all in their face. Of course they won't already be wet when you start talking to them.
 
the non-conformist thing was because most people cut in the summer and bulk in the winter...and you're doing the opposite, which is fine

Good luck. I'm so very proud of you at this moment.;) I do think 1 hour in the AM and 2 hours PM is a bit much for recovery though; I think you'll find yourself burnt out.
 
maf - i deticated my summer for this. only on my rest day/s ill have a life.

evo - i will only be adding a lot 2 more days of legz into my current routine.. its not liek im making a huge jump.. plus with all the food i eat thres no way i could burn out
but i am glad that i could make you proud
 
i went to gnc today, i almost died on my way there on rollerblades but thats another story..


i got what i wanted saved 25% from memorial day sale. i still need to go back to get the tribulus fuel.

should i even take the test. booster (tribulus fuel)??
