fuel up 2006!

i gotta stop this weed man.. i smoked friday.. (skipped workout)

i went in for my workout on saterday..i only did half of what i was supose to do. after

i did chest i was like erghh f*ck this. then later that night i met up with some friends..

and theywhere like smoke this blunt and i was like alrite.. and soo the next day all i did

was lay around the house cause i felt offly lazy and i was really cranky/having a bitch

fit. so.. i ended up not working out that day. although i enjoy getting **** faced.. the

day after im lazy as hell/depressed/cranky and not wanting to workout.

although today i was really motivated to get back into the gym and pump some iron, i

cant take the anxiety that this sh!t gives me...

in conclusion i say f*ck weed, and lift weights. make my own high. like when i first

squated 315 effin pounds(did that shi!t 6 times XD).. i felt like god after that. weed

cant do that.

ive been getting a ride with my friend wich im helping to workout. :)
so i dont have to do any cardio wutsoever :D
and latly ive been eating. and i get to the point where i cant get anymore food in.. lol like this morining with my cup of oatmeal.. and my 3 poached eggs i was liek blahhhh...
anyways.. all is doign well :)
 
How much oatmeal did you have? I cant eat anymore once ive had 3 boiled eggs and 2 cups....

I wish i could get a ride with a friend, im getting sick of riding up hills for 20 mins the way there, and up hills again suprisingly seeing as though im going the same way i came, for 20 minutes. Its starting to make me lose interest...
 
For every hill travelled up, it's the same distance back down it with no energy involved (assuming you're coasting down the hill) so ideally, you're only doing about 10 minutes of riding, which isn't that bad, unless you're riding up like 60 degree hills, lol. That is, unless the whole way there has more climb then fall, in which case it would be more to get there, but on the way back it should be easier...so...you're still doing the same work.
 
you can eat 2 cups of oatmeal!? i could barly finish my 1 cup this morning!!! i was like fnck the eggz.. :-o

yeah having a ride is definatly helping me getting a better experience at the gym. i can get as tired as i want knowing i have a car to take my ass home. although now i dont do any cardio :-D i dont plan on doing any till summer time ^_^
 
i have been eating like a pig.. yet i dont feel like i am eating like a pig :-O

im not gaining much weight either i was 143-144 today yall think i can acheive my goals? (weighing 160 for june 12)
 
Count your calories and stick to it for a month, if you dont see the results moving, up the calorie intake in increments, adding too much at once is never a good idea. Being young you have a higher metabolism and this will keep your body fat down (lucky bast#$@).

I think you can each your goals if you keep to the routine and make small adjustments as you go. Stick with it and stay focused on your goal, nothing will be able to stop you.
 
so.. basically ive been eating like a hog.

noticing (fat) gains around my midsection ^_^ i dont mind though because my muscles seem to be getting stronger and bigger.

i edited my routine a bit.

oh.. thought id yall know that ive decided not to take any supplements such a creatine or anything.. (i dont feel like running for 6 miles to the gnc?) :)

im really starting to see gains though.. (fat) infact im having trouble breathing i eat so much.. god i wish i had a car to take my fatt ass to the gym ^_^
 
The bigger you get, the better you'll look ripped. So eat, and quit typing, you're buring precious calories. What are you doing still reading?? You should be eating!!
 
gym was fun today.. i weighed myself.. 149 baby!! w00t!

i did some quats today.. i put up 315 9 times :-O was purdy proud.. i got that natural high afterwards :) i had to psych myself up for it though. i was like 165 (pounds by june) baby 165! XD ::lift:: bam
 
You squated 315x9?!? That's a great set, especially for your weight. That's killer close to my squat ##'s. You're going all the way down right?

for the past week.. ive been nursing a sore stomach for my last period of class and when i get home, its bombs away! :-O

will this happen the hole time im bulking!? :-/
 
when my cutting phase comes along i can tell you that i will have no problem losing the fat.. after only 3-4 weeks im having trouble looking at food alredy!
