fuel up 2006!

iight boys n girls. 2006 is a big year. i have a new routine for a new year. ive decided to screw bulking.. because i have gained 8 lbs over x-mas break anddd im not liking the excess fat. therefor i will be doig cardio 3x a week. and weight training also 3x a week.

this is what my routine looks like for 2006:

day 1 biceps/shoulders/triceps

day 2 abs/45 mins cardio (running, biking, or boxing)

day 3 legs/traps

day 4 abs!/45 mins cardio

day 5 chest/back/lowerback...

day 6 ~abs~/45 mins cardio

day 7 rest my sore ass...
 
ill need to be eating a lot of protein and carbs to <u>fuel</u> my body with energy..

oatmeal. eggs yum

ima get some nuts for muuh snackin

maybe some no2 for some xtra energy in my workouts.. ohh YEA

post workout.. CEE

high protein meal for diner

perhaps soem casein protein before bed time ;D
 
Good good, but im very dissapointed with u matt :eek: U should have stuck with bulking...now uve left me in the dust...Oh well, once im done ur gonna wana bulk soo bad :p
 
u need to rest more mate u'l work urself stupid, cancel day four rest on that day aswel

ack.. i didnt have time to do cardio today.. was out all day.. i walked aroudn the mall for 4 hours though.. good enuf ;D

ill do abs b4 goign to bed -.-

things have been doing pretty good.. i havent taken any supplements i dont really seem to need them.

anyways.. im losing my oooommfff, my eye of the tiger.. what im saying is i need to train for something.. i need goals.. not just to look better :-O

i dont think its to late to join the track team.. but... i wanted to get bigger. i guess if i ate right i could still do it.


i wanna be the best at something.. like in the olympics or somthing :-x and train everyday for it...

im a peacefull person.. i dont like beating up on people.. nor getting beat up on. i went through a stage of boxing a while back. thats how i became fit.
i was looking at sports on olympics.org i didnt really see any sports i liked.. teh triathelon seems like your running from someone all the time..

ill sleep on it..

breakfast- 4 egg whites + milk

snack- assorted nuttzzz XD

lunch- school lunch.. somthign with tuna, turkey, or chicken in it

pre workout- can of tuna mixed with cornn


post workout- oatmeal drink i discorvered today.. ^_^

dinner- w/e my mom makes usualy has good nutritional; soem kind of meat

b4 bed time (10)- 12 oz of 2% milk :-O




i have circled the date.. june 7th that will be when my cutting phase begins!
 
Yay :D As for me, i have finally come to my sense and realised i dont have enough testostrome in my body and am going to start up cutting again, but only a little coz i dont like cardio :mad:

Matt i think you need a little more than only 4 egg whites and milk for breakfast, i mean im cutting and i have 1 cup oatmeal w/ milk & water plus 3 egg whites, thats more than you on ur bulking diet :eek:

yeah tahts what i thought.. about u not having much testoserone.. i didnt want to offend you though so i didnt tell you..
but dude still do a lot of pushups/nd ****.. so u can have a good base for when you do start producing more test.

im actually runnning to the gym its only about a mile maybe lil more.. cause thats my only way of transportation! sometimes i walk back on leg days..

Ok ill teach little Matty how to cook oatmeal. 1 cup oats, 1 cup milk and 1 cup water, stick in miscrowave for 3 minutes - 3:20 minutes, then like stir and leave for abit so the rest can obsorb the water and milk---thats just the way i do it and it tastes sooooo good. On my bulk i have 2 cups of oats :)
 
ahhhh.... that sounds better then the way i did it...

i took 1 1/2 cups of oats and drowned it in water and stuck it in the mircowave for 2:45 mins and took it out it was still soaked soo i drained the excess water.. and it tatsted liek crap.. so i added a tad of milk that i was drinking and a teaspoon of honey ^_^
 
Fuel man. You won't believe it but that exact same thing happened to me the other day. I used water with oats. Sucked like ass. Only managed to down a little and a hell of a time scooping the stuck oatmeal out of glass.
 
lmao.. i downed the hole thing by scooping and swallowing :p scoop swallow.. except i must of put alot more water then you did cuz it didint get stuck :-s

today was my rest day.. i enjoyed it.. very much.. i ran to my gym only because i was late meeting this chick there.. aka booty call and uhm we had a blast ^_^
