Weighing myself on and off, I think its too soon to say. Do you suggest it may be below 1800-1900? Some parts estimated too low, like chicken+rice?

Could've sworn I'd responded to that, sorry! I don't think maintenance would be below 1800/1900 for you, not at all, just curious to see what your weight does given your current intake.

My spinach package said 50kcal/100g, maybe its because its frozen creamed spinach? Didn't satiate my hunger much though, could've eaten two more packages. The initial plan was to save half of the chicken+rice, but I feared I'm not full enough to not eat for the next 16h+. Didn't work either way with me passing by the bakery, hahaha.
