Friday Weigh In!

Lucky you MooCow ....i gained 4 lbs :nopity::banghead::banghead:

Weight this week 238 lbs. I dont understand how i can gain when im doing all the right things!!!! Well there was the wine consumption on wed night...lol

Hope everyone else has lost some!!
 
i am 19st 8lbs (274) as of today thats a loss of 2lbs :) i'am 1lb away from my first goal weight :)

Don't worry Tinker this is a whole new week. Some weeks our bodies like to play mind games and hold onto weight, then the next week let go of a lot all at once.

i decided to weigh myself this morning instead of friday and iam down another lb and i have reached my first goal weight of 19st 7lbs (273lbs) :)

That means i have lost the freaky 4lbs that sent me into a tail-spin and then 1.2 more :D Im am very pleased (can you tell?!)

Moo dont worry abt it its prob just water unless you ate an extra 3500 cals....very doubtful! The TOM always adds unwanted poundage! Bet next week you will drop 3lbs.....mark my words! :D:D:D:D

I always weigh myslef on a Friday morning....enough time to make up for any little slips at the weekend and put you in a good mood for the next few days! Im gonna post my weight every Friday evening (UK time) so feel free to join in and see how we are all getting on!

Hi Tinkerbella - this was exactly my thought when I started dieting. I was thinking along the lines of I'm good through the working week but once the alcohol is touched on a weekend, it all goes to pot. LOL. I have got a diary thread but noticed this and so will join in if that's OK.

Starting weight - 11 stones 11 lbs
Last week - 11 stones 7 lbs
Today - 11 stones 7 lbs

I know most of you count in pounds so I will change if that makes it easier for you all to follow? I'm from the UK so we talk in stones :)

Record your weight however you want to :) I am also from the uk and used to count in stones but ive found it much more motivational to convert to straigh lbs...dunno why but it makes each pond seem more significant to me! I still convert my weight into stones tho out of habit! A lot of people also record in kg which completely throw me off! :willy_nilly:

Weight this week : 230.2lbs :hurray:

So i lost 2lbs 6oz despite the chocolate and wine bonanza! Whoo hoo!!

Hey! I just joined and I'd like to start recording my weight here. I've been on the Master Cleanse for the last two weeks and lost 12 lbs, which I would really like to keep off. I gained 3 lbs between yesterday and today, but I think its just from my period.

SW (before cleanse): 145.5
CW: 135.5
GW: 125

Hi Antbabe and well done to you too, 12lbs in 2 weeks is a fab amount! I wouldn't worry about the 3lbs as I think weight does fluctuate by a few pounds on a daily basis. I think the best thing is to weigh only once a week at the same time
 
i know its late but i thought i would all tell you that iam losing again and i have lost 2lb :D that brings me down to 19st 4lb (270lb)
 
yay go kelly!! antbabe what is the master cleanse?? I want a piece of that 12lb action!!

It's a cleanse of just fresh lemon juice, grade b maple syrup, cayenne pepper and distilled water. You make a lemonade from those ingredients and that is all you can have for a minimum of 10 days. It's very, very hard but I find it useful to start up weight loss and help break my addictions to eating. has a lot of info, especially on the bulletin board.
