Well done. Have u always been a runner? I've tried running but struggled big time. I used to do 5k on the treadmill but my on was something like 47mins 13secs. Then I cancelled my gym membership for financial reasons and tried outside but OMG I can barely run min outside. So de-motivating so I've never stuck at it long enough to get any fitter or better at it booooo!

Session 1 - Monday, July 4 - 45 minutes cardio & weights
Session 2 - Wednesday, July 6 - hour long walk
Session 3 - Saturday, July 9 - 45 minutes cardo & weights

Week 1... The real week one? w/e Call it Round 2. :)

Session 3 nuddin yet.

The three hour walk came from showing a new friend around the city. It was a kick introducing someone to some of the places I think are nifty.

I've not done any exercise yet this wk. I'm gonna do my 3 Monday Wednesday and Thursday either running or biking or walking. I've got a load of studying to do also so I'll b pushed for time :(

kayaking 60 minutes (Sunday)
aquafitness 45 minutes (Thursday)
urban poling 30 minutes (Friday)
Week 2 -
urban poling 30 minutes (Sunday)
urban poling 45 minutes (Wednesday) not done yet, but I am instructing - so I HAVE to be there! lol
aquafitness 45 minutes (Thursday) ditto!
Week 3 -
urban poling 60 minutes (Sunday) Amazing workout today!!
Week 4 -
Week 5 -
Week 6 -

Woo whoo! This is great motivation!! Let's keep going!
 
Is half the challenge remembering to log in to the WLF? lol... I keep forgetting to update! But then, I'm not used to keeping track of (or reporting back about) exercise...

Hey everyone how's it all going? I've been without an internet connection so haven't been able to check in. You r all doing spooky well.
Well that's me away on my holiday on tuesday for two weeks so I may not b able to check in. But I will b doing loads of walking but I plan on doing a lot of swimming. Will start off with 20 lengths then by the end if my fortnight hope to b 50 :)
Keep up the great work guys. My hotel supposedly has free wifi so I may still b able to keep my eye on you all Haha

btw, I'd never heard of 'urban polling' and had to look it up when I saw it in your post. Very cool stuff! Just the perfect mix of badass-awesome and silly! :) I love it and have to try it sometime.
