Hi all. I am kinda new to this, so just sharing some thoughts on herbalife.. I started last Monday and its my first week.. I have been battling the bulge almost all my life and this is one more try.... Let's see..... I'm having 2 shakes in the day and 2 salad snacks(no dressing) and a light evening meal (no fats or carbs) I've got around 35 Kgs to lose and i ain't different to any of u here.. I'm really struggling and looking for some support. The question i really have is does herbalife really work..? I've been told u can lose around 4kgs a month.. sounds too good to be true eh..? I want to talk to people using herbalife.? I don't know. 1st week and I have lost about 750gms only. Is that ok? Are we allowed any off days. Do I cut down on this salad snacks? Sorry I am new here and have lots of questions.
