Some of you have not updated. I posted my weight GAIN the first week and then fought back hard the next week so some of ya'll better not be wimping out, pouting and hiding if you had a bad week! Don't make me PM you! :D

Derrick: I know huh, I posted my weight gain too (even tho not on the exact day I was supposed to) But I did, and I stuck too it, and now I'm losing! It's easy to get discouraged when it happens, but you just gotta keep struggling! :)

I'll be posting on Saturday! Excited for this week!
 
Sorry my weigh in days are a little off. I've been so busy that sometimes I'd forget to weigh myself until a day or two after designated day.

Jan. 30 = 158.6
Feb. 6 = 157.4
Feb. 13 = 154.8
Feb. 23 = 151.0
Feb. 27 = 149.4
 
Jan. 30 = 205
Feb. 6 =203 (.97)

woooh! i hit my goal of 10 pounds for the month^^
i even lost an extra pound!!! =D

Here is my update:

2009/01/30 = 203
2009/02/06 = 204.5 Uh, oops. No worries, this isn't the first time this has happened. Shooting for 202 by next Friday.
2009/02/13 = 201.0! Sweet. That makes 50 total and 2 more to the magical 199 which I haven't seen in NINE years.
2009/02/20 = 199.0. First time in 9 years! Now if I can just get to my final goal of 189. That would be first time in 12 years.
2009/02/27 = 199.0. Sick all week and no excercising.

I was 199 this morning but I am happy with that because I did not work out all week. I got viral bronchitis last week and I had to take 3 days worth of steroids earlier this week for the non stop coughing. I rested the whole week and even ate a little more than usual so if anything I guess I'm lucky I didn't gain any weight. I am happy with four pounds over four weeks. I only have about 10 pounds left to lose so it feels really good to finally be so close. I just hope my coughing doesn't come back when I start excercising again tomorrow.

Ok, so what is the next challenge? :D
 
How about a March Monthly Challenge? 1% body fat per week? I don't know if that is realistic for everyone but it sure would be a fun challenge.

Thank You, Angelica! :) Im eating only whole grains (for everything including pizza - no white flour), lean meat (always chicken lol), carb and sugar control yogurt, veggies, eggs, lean cheeses, No sugar, only Natural PB and lots of water. I always make sure to have breakfast but Im not a big calorie counter. I also run/walk combo 10+ miles a day.
 
yeahhhh i think i need to force myself to
start walking longer distances again...
i used to do 8 miles a day... but now im getting
a bit lazy 4-5... and it shows... D:

I know what you mean! :) I hate working out and loathe it the entire time im doing it (well sometimes I like it, but not always lol) so I know how easy it can be to lose motivation, Im glad I could help! :)
 
LOL! do you ever get that feeling... if you skip a few days of working out... and then you get back to it... and it just feels sooo amazing and you wonder how you could have skipped it?! i love that feeling. =D i wish it was like that everyday... haha i have yet to motivate myself to do much of anything. im actually ready for a nap... i think its because of the lightning storm we had last night... and the fact that im home alone today... i can get away with anything >=D haha!
 
hahah yes I do. And if I dont go, I feel really guilty too. I know that feeling... Im home alone all day everyday (Im a stay at home mom to a 3 year old little girl) ... soooo easy to just stay home and not excercise. sometimes its way too tempting lol

Don't know what happened this week, I worked out hard and ate good pretty much the whole time! Maybe it'll show next week :)

I did okay, but I had a really bad week or so around V-day/my birthday/my anniversary! Too many events at once that made me think it's okay to cheat. Oh well, ready to make March a better month!
 
I have had a rough few weeks, but have not given up! I been doing good the last few days and will continue on my path to success! I plan to join a challenge for March to keep up the motivation! Good luck to the rest of you!!!!!

My Goal...1.6 per week for a total of 6.4 lbs!
