Let's try to lose 1 percent of your body weight a week for the month of January!

Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can

Ooooohhhhhh I want to do a challenge too...sorry can't think in pounds so have translated to kgs!

I'm in. 2 lbs per week is very hard for me at this stage since I am down to 15% body fat now but I really want to get to 9% by end of March.

I weighed 203 yesterday morning and this morning.

2009/01/30 = 203
2009/02/06 = 204.5 Uh, oops. No worries, this isn't the first time this has happened. Shooting for 202 by next Friday.
2009/02/13 = 201.0! Sweet. That makes 50 total and 2 more to the magical 199 which I haven't seen in NINE years.
2009/02/20 = 199.0. First time in 9 years. Now if I can just get to my final goal of 189. That would be first time in 12 years.

I'm going to make it 1.5%, which is 2.84 lb/week so total to lose is 11.36.

Hello everyone! I am looking forward to this challenge. We need to buy a new scale. So sad thing is, I know Know I have gained massive weight!! But I must move on and start my next one hundred or 110 pounds. I was 270 in May and through out summer, but since winter have gained weight. Last checked at doctors I was 278 and I think I have gained more, but my scale doesnt read right. So I am getting a new digital scale in hopes of being truthful and accurate. :)
Holding myself accountable is what I need to do, and I have been way off since May (which is when I entered into a new relationship) icks...but he is worth it, but now he is my coach and we are going to work my pounds off!

Friday Dates:

End of January: 278 pounds.
Feb. 6 = 274.0 (four pound loss, not bad!)
Feb. 13 = 277.4 (I binged incredibally badly this week. I have made plans on how to correct the behavioral aspect of losing weight. I actually feel better tonight!) I am going to do this!!
Feb. 20 = 276.4 (its a start!)
Feb. 27 = 277.4 (thats it! I am going for a forty five minute walk, walking up a hill fast paced. I cant take the movement upward of the scale lol I am doing it!!!!!!!!!!)
