Not sure I can lose 7 pounds that quickly and I have given myself til the end of March to do it but maybe this challenge will help me push myself further and I'll meet the goal a month early! We'll see! Good luck to everyone.

Wow, couldn't believe my weight - thought I'd be back up in the 190s. Kept up with workouts, but my diet wasn't so great-coworkers keep taking me out to fast food restaurants. If I had been more careful I would have lost much more, but at least I'm on track...

Congrats to everyone for doing a great job! Wow!

Just found this thread and am excited to be part of the february challenge. I weighed in on Feb. 6th 213 pounds.

My goals are to continue working out 6 days a week and continue eating healthy and eating more veggies.
