Since we're late for all the ongoing challenges I thought we should start one of our own!!
This is a monthly challenge with VERY competitive goals!
MRED and I wanted to do this challenge! Everyone is welcome to join in!
The goal is to lose 7 lbs over all no matter WHAT your weight is!

Feel free to write in not only your goals but your thoughts, what you have changed, work outs etc!!

BUT the goal is to keep ourselves motivated through this and not get upset about anything!!

Ah, I love this because its good progress, but still within healthy, reasonable limits.

I'm so excited about this! This morning I weighed in for the challenge (and myself). I'm on my way to 120(s)...!

Sounds like fun! I hope I can report my last week from my resort (leaving the last week of Feb)... will have to find a scale and internet, but I'm in! I need to lose those 7 lbs before I hit the beach!

I am no good at challenges as I would feel awful to post a gain, if I have gained (Fingers crossed I wont gain). But it doesnt matter this time. I will post wether I gain or lose.
 
I am so pumped for this challenge. I am going to Florida for spring break the second week of March and I want to lose as much as I can before I go!
