That sounds great. I certainly don't force myself to go out in the sleet, snow, rain, and hail. After all, this is not the army. That's when the indoor stuff comes in, and since it's great to vary your workout anyway, both to keep your body guessing and to prevent boredom, it's the perfect solution. Walk, TaeBo, dance, walk, TaeBo, dance, whatever!More and more, I think walking might be my best bet. We actually have a great place to walk locally...when the weather is nice. My issue with walking has always been the weather. But, we're moving into Spring now. Temps are rising and snow fall is slowing down a bit.
