You saw some of the pics when I was younger.
Here is one I took the other day, when getting back from the Bass Pro Shops, with my son.
Huge difference in the upper body, and I am twice as old.
(Pants are 29" waist/32 length , 7.8 percent BF,DEXA, 161 pounds, 5' 7", shirt is a large Dockers polo). Sorry for the face being cut off.
I posted this in the COL at the quest of another member last week. (In reference to looking "skinny" in clothes question.)
Someone needs their head examined if they think I look skinny (must open eyes and get big picture).
I am going to post some updated pics on my goal progress, which has been flat rocken, baby!

I can't quite tell you what they are. Their mother was tabby, a little promiscuous, and some random farm cat got a hold of her...calico, I think.
