Well Ive been reading a ton of stuff on this forum, and it has helped clear a few things up for me, but I still feel so lost. Mainly what I want to do is be healthy, and lose a good bit o weight. So far I have been eating healthy, and exercising...I just dont like how I dont have a set plan...does that make sense? I keep hearing, eat healthy, and all that good stuff, and I get what I think is healthy...to only find that something about it is not so great Ex. has too much sodium, msg, etc. I just feel so lost!!! lol Also, Im afraid that Im not going to get enough vitamins minerals etc that I need. I dont have much money, so I buy what I can get. Mainly my diet consists of chicken breats, whole wheat bread, broccoli, vegetarian vegetable soup, salads, whole grain ish type cereals, skim millk, turkey breats, and some fruit. Occasionaly I will eat a subway 6 inch turkey on wheat with spinnach. For healthy fats, I take flax oil pills, or eat some almonds. I dont count calories yet...but I try to eat something small every 3 hours, or around that. How does that sound? By the way I am 20 years old, female, 5 foot 7.
