I dont do the: 8-minute abs, either, LOL

I did the: It took me over a year to get mine and with countless hours in my home gym routine. :)

Easy sells products.

HEY! Shake your booty with the electronic ab belt.....and WHAM......ABS!

LOL!

If a pretty one is shaken it......its all goood!.........LOL, just kidding......;)

Hard work, dedication, and sweating one's ass in the gym, doesnt sell many products.......

But those in the KNOW.........let the friggen abs flow.....;)

seriously, u remember those belts that u wore for like hours at a time and u'd magically get a sixpack?

I mean it worked since obviously every minute of wearing that belt was the equivalent of 2490240293 x Avogadros Number (6.022 x10^23) crunches. and since we all know you can DEFINITELY spot reduce fat (this was sarcasm)....
 
Just remember to include the most vital part of training in your consideration of your progress! The mind! If your mind is not on track, your progress will be out of wack.
Believe in yourself and visualize that you can make good progress in little time and you will do it!
