Effective Weight Loss Programs

Why not trying to eat more healthy, have a balanced meal 3 times a day. Get plenty of exercise, this will work far better than any other weight loss programme

So you truly believe that toxins are the catalyst of our obesity epidemic?

How on Earth do you propose the human body "produces" body fat in the face of a hypocaloric diet?

That's why cleansing is so effective. Cleansing has been around for thousands of years and the reason why 1 in 2 people will get cancer is because we don't have the proper nutritional requirements to combat disease etc. The people I have helped coach through programs actually start to and continue to eat better, in addition to cleansing their bodies of toxins (and losing weight!)

You know when you have a con artist at hand when someone signs up to any weight loss forum touts him/herself as a 'professional' yet is completely one dimensional.

I.E., they only speak of one problem and one solution.
 
I think any information that could help another individual should be free and available to every one.

I don't think that everything on the internet should be free - there are people who do provide a service and should get compensated for that service... Internet should not always be free (ie I'm one of the few that will not download music illegally -it's alittle thing called ethics :D

However, to pay for a "secret" way to lose weight -when there really is no secret to weight loss is why my delete as spam fingers will always be busy :)

From my experience, the best weight loss program is not to go on any kind of program at all. You need to change your habits surrounding the food you eat. The problem with most people is that they eat for every reason under the sun EXCEPT hunger. When you change your habits, you'll start to lose weight for real. That's what worked for me anyway.

I don't have time to check. I have to fly home so I can 'cleanse' myself. Did you know that if you don't cleanse yourself once per day with my product, your life will be cut by 1/3.

I have the data to back this up too, but my hard drive is being repaired right now.

Also, have you ever seen a fat wild predator in Africa? Didn't think so. You know why? Because they don't do structured exercise. Exercise is what's making humans fat. Forget about the idea that they chase their food by running. Forget about the idea that when you have a lazy pet, it gets fat. Forget about the research they've done on obese mice. Exercise makes you fat.

It is proven that our fruits and vegetables just don't have the minerals and vitamins that our bodies need. That is why people often have a lack of energy, stress, inability to focus or have regular bowel movements.

Oh boy, I think I wasn't clear...fruits and vegetables are necessary in our diets...I agree 100% - I am actually a huge fan of fruits and vegetables. The point is, is that produce is sprayed with herbicides and pesticides and because of this, a) we are ingesting those toxins, and b) the soil is depleted of minerals and nutrients. Nutritional cleansing is not about fasting, but flooding the body with the nutrients we aren't getting from the nutrient bankrupt food we're eating. Nutritional cleansing also isn't about being on the toilet all the time - it's just about giving the body what it needs.

I don't make any money off this website but it has a video for $4.95 that I highly recommend anyone who cares about their food source watch - just google 'foodmatters' and follow the link to the video. It is very insightful.
