Why not trying to eat more healthy, have a balanced meal 3 times a day. Get plenty of exercise, this will work far better than any other weight loss programme
A big thing that our body does is to produce more body fat to deal with toxins.
That's why cleansing is so effective. Cleansing has been around for thousands of years and the reason why 1 in 2 people will get cancer is because we don't have the proper nutritional requirements to combat disease etc. The people I have helped coach through programs actually start to and continue to eat better, in addition to cleansing their bodies of toxins (and losing weight!)
I don't think that everything on the internet should be free - there are people who do provide a service and should get compensated for that service... Internet should not always be free (ie I'm one of the few that will not download music illegally -it's alittle thing called ethicsI think any information that could help another individual should be free and available to every one.
That is what the internet is for of course
cutting off body parts is effective...is there any quick weight reduction programmes available
From my experience, the best weight loss program is not to go on any kind of program at all. You need to change your habits surrounding the food you eat. The problem with most people is that they eat for every reason under the sun EXCEPT hunger. When you change your habits, you'll start to lose weight for real. That's what worked for me anyway.
