Oh, you're doing an auction?

I just read that Miami is the worst city to live in because of the number of foreclosures.

You can get property there REALLY cheap.

So I'm thinking of buying. I've always wanted to live in SoBe. Now's my chance ... Ft. Lada wouldn't be bad, either. Or maybe Key West. Whatever. It's pretty much the same scenario: the prices are low, low, low. Great opportunity to pick up some rental properties.

EDIT: I forgot ... they get hurricanes. Sh!t.

Yeah, OK. Well, we're all like livestock when it comes right down to it. We pick the best we can get ;)

As for hurricane insurance, that's a no-brainer. I bet I could get three rentals for vacation properties at the prices they're selling at right now.

We should go in together. WTF. Why not mortgage our lives away? I know a guy who lives down in the Miami area who can fix the places up and then we can rent them out for $800-1000/week. That's reasonable ;)

yeah assuming someone can afford to pay rent. Which I doubt they can right now.

800-1000 a week it better be a palace made of gold and jewels. With a golden ****ter
 
Why dont you both move near me or we can all get a place together. Me and krak can two-one ILM on a regular basis. We can be as sick and perverted as we like. We could even role play 2 girls 1 cup.
