I really thought I wasn't a chance to lose 3kg by Easter & had almost given up. Last week I actually found I had gained one but am happy to say I have lost it, plus 2 more, so am a big chance to be down another kg by Easter

Hello everyone I have -3 cm on my waist and -1 kg, now I can zip my pants lol I'm proud with myself a bit but I need to lose more 7 kg and 10 cm on my waist)

Starting weight 73.6 kg on Feb 13th, Easter weight 72.8. Didn't make my goal but did lose some so I still win, especially since I'm back down from last week's binge weight of 74 kg.

basically got to my gw. i'm at 142.4/64 : )
