But if he doesn't make a pick within 12 hours of being up, rules are he goes to the bottom of the list and the next drafter selects. Has it been 12? I can't be bothered to check. ;)
 
Yesturday at 9am he said something about it being his pick. So does he go to the bottom of the list, or is there more time due to the confusion?

I would just make it a free-for-all at this point, with drafters picking first-come-first-serve, since all of the remaining drafters have missed their pick once already. Would speed things up/simplify matters.

Why not just declare yourself a drafter, pick someone, and not have to complain anymore? Real proactive like. :)
