Hi and thanks Annie for your advice. I have been treading getting back on here. Cohens works fine for me except when there is social events...
I am really finding it challenging not drinking when we have visitors or have been invited out. I know what l need to do - just say NO. but so far l am finding Fridays very difficult. Still getting my head around it. This weekend we are going campong with a group of friends so once again l will be faced with the dilema of to drink or not to drink....
Alcohol for me is usually only once a week but as we all know it is to much. Deviation is deviation and as such my progress has halted. Which is terrible and makes me feel like a loser. I don't want to be a loser. I want to succeed and tell everyone how l achieved my goals! So for me l have to find a way to remove alcohol. Do l not go camping? How do you distract yourself when you are out bush? Hmmmm.
On a positive note l am going fine with the eating and have a regular routiine now with exercise. So l have met and maintained one of my smaller goals towards health and happiness. Good eating and regular exercise. Yay!
Everyone out there who is not deviating - Congratulations and go hard!! You will be a supermodel!
 
Hi and what adventures l had on the weekend!
I was not 100% with cohens but did the best l could. Too hard to maintain when camping and l certainly wasn't prepared to share my weight loss plans with my camping buddies.
This week will be perfect!!!! I have additional motivation this week as l am due for my 4 week blood test and weigh in.
I really enjoy cohens but it is difficult to mix with social events. For me to reach my goal will take a bit longer. I will not be able to boast about a ten kilo loss but l accept why. I have sacrificed a big monthly loss with a smaller one so that l can blend my social life.
Over the last week l played 2 hours of squash, 1 hour of boot camp at the beach, 2 hours of tennis and 2.5 hours of hard core beach walking. I also got to row a tinny and push/pull it through water and swim.. All this activity should help l hope!!!!
Whilst fishing we ran out of water (the tide went out), then we ran out of fuel, then we had to row the boat to shore, then l had to trek back to camp through soft sand and swim the last leg as it was the only way to get back to camp. Then l had to organise a boat to get back out to rescue the first boat which involved more beach walking.... Yes l slept extremely well!!!
So back on track and loving it!

Hi and l am back after being absent for some time...
Lots been going on and l fell into that trap of giving and helping everyone else but me. I have been embarrased to report back. Here l am after realising that l have to take control and focus on me and get where l want to go. I have not lost anymore weight which is disappointing but on the flip side l have not put any on. So l have dusted myself off and am starting again. Clutching my cohens plan and rereading and being organised and aiming for success! I want to tell the world that l feel fantastic and healthy and happy!! I have taken on more work so busy, busy, busy... Will try and get back later and catch up on all the goss..
