Water is really good for us, you should drink glasses of water but there is also water in fruits and vegetables

Yeah, I agree with you that water is the best source that keeps many of the problems away.
There are many health benefits of drinking water.


-Helps to be free from headaches and back pains

-Brain is mostly made up of water, so drinking plenty of water keeps the brain more concentrated etc..

Weight loss exercises consume lots of water, therefore it requires to drink an adequate amount of water to avoid dehydration. Burning of calories creates toxins that are really harmful for your body and water plays a vital role to remove them.

Also a healthy (Specifically weight loss) diet includes a good amount of fiber, as we know fiber normally helps our digestive system, and without adequate fluids consumption of fiber can cause constipation instead of helping to eliminate it. With respect to a diet, a person who weighs about 20 Kg should be drinking water about a liter per day that is the weight to water ratio is about 20:1. Also water is great because it fills us up and keeps us away from overeating just like it happens in an engine.
 
No doubt about it, water is the best drink available.

As for cost, I guess it depends where your from. Drinking tap water in Paris regularly is not such a great idea due to the lime stone but bottled water is super cheap. Everyone here buys 6 packs of 1.5 liter bottles and stock up.

Not so good for Eco reasons though. We do recycle them but I do want to invest in a water filter at some point as its just better.
 
Daily intake of water must be around 2-3 litres min. Its a very vital compound for flushing out the toxins from the body and also maintaining the metabolism of the body. Water helps glowing skin , helps in removing accumulation of fats in the body and thus helps in reducing weight.

It's true.. really drinking lots of water will help you to loose weight. Drink at least 3-4 liter daily will help you to lose weight as well as keeps healthy.
