Well water is the best drink you can get free of cost, and it is really good in our body, your body will function properly.
 
Drinking water is very Good for health.


Perferably need to drink the 2 liters of water daily in the morning.


It also may helps to reduce the weight by taking the proper diet along with this.

lol I'm not sure how "free" water really is (I mean, some brands out there right now go up to around 18 bucks!), but true-true, water IS the best drink out there. It's really the only effective beverage to quench thirst (never really understood Gatorade and how it supposedly "quenches your thirst"), and if you make sure to drink enough of it everyday, you'll have less (or no) problems with your body versus when you barely drink it. Just generally speaking, whenever you're thirsty, before you reach for that soda, drink water first...that'll take care of it, and you won't need that soda (plus its high fructose corn syrup).
 
My 2 cents about water:

Sometimes, our brain can confuse thirst with hunger. The next time you THINK you're hungry, sit down and drink a glass of water. Give it a minute or 2 and try to "connect" with your stomach and see whether you're still hungry...

I found it worked on several occasions before...
