Weight-Loss Drinking lots of water... but does it count if I use Crystal Light??

I think no you can not. I know tea is pretty much water with leaves in them. But nothing beats an all out pure drinking water with no additives. So Im guessing no, but off course this is just a guess.

it's like 99% water, how can you NOT count that as water?!

OP, tea counts. Yeh, it's not "as good" as water, but water is water regardless. Heck, when I make soup, and have to add a can of water, I even count that (if its a water based soup, like veg. beef n such)

IMHO Water is Water there is no substitute, because for the most part once you add stuff to it I believe you corrupt it and sometimes just sometimes defeats the whole purpose of just drinking water.

How strange.. I saw this thread in my User CP and was like "I didn't post in that thread." Someone combined them! I get it now. :)

Someone mentioned something that I've been doing and it's working well for me. I hate plain water. It seriously makes me gag. I have TRIED to love it, tried to at least tolerate it, but I just can't. So I have been mixing 2 oz. of grape juice with 14 ounces of water. It takes the gag factor away, so I can drink 16 ounces like nothing whereas before it was a struggle. I drink as many of those a day as I can stand, but not past 5:00 because then I am up all night peeing. There's 20 calories per ounce in the kind I get (100% juice), so it ends up being 120-160 calories per day, but at least it can be counted towards a fruit serving.
