Dirty Bulking example

#

My 'large' eggs from Tesco are 110 calories. Last time when I had 'extra large' they were 160. So meh :sport:

Are you sure you are looking at "per egg" servings not "per 100 grams"? Cause that would make a lot more sense. I remember when I was in europe most of the nutritional values weren't by necessarily a piece/serving but were listed as by "100 grams"....which would be more than one egg.

Not gonna lie I have experienced a bad bulk myself. Went from 170 pounds to 190 pounds last year and felt like crap. Was adding 2-3 pounds a week.

Though I got lucky; cuz when I cut back down to 180 I noticed I did add some muscle.

300 kcal...lol...Crocodile eggs yes, chicken eggs no...more protein, less fat, and you also get a good adrenaline spike trying to convince the mother to let you get some.

In Norway (which is in Europe :p) everything is listed per 100 grams. You guys got per serving? won't that be very inaccurate since not every serving is exactly the same size? :p

I've seen large eggs listed at around 100Kcals before so that sounds right to me, they're large eggs probably from free range Chickens. Medium eggs from caged hens are more like 80Kcals

And yeah, in the UK most things are listed 'per100g' but also 'per serving' in cases like eggs or chocolate bars where you're likely to eat the whole thing rather than weigh it out. So a large bar of chocolate will often have the number of Kcals 'per square' to make it easier for people to monitor their intake

:costumed6: Norway is in Europe? No way! I thought it was in Scandinavia?

(For the very dense: the above comment was a joke. I would've left it as that but I was worried that i would a million comments calling me an ignorant Amuureekan.)

Yeah, we have per serving but it says how many servings are in the package so you know how much it means.

I have a friend who spent a semester in the US, when people asked where she was from she would say "Scandinavia" it confused the hell out of people :D

Yeah I saw that some time ago, doesn't look like he put on a lot of muscle..

exactly my thoughts...looks like he mostly added fat, and almost no muscle. He had a weak V shape in his torso before, and now its an X or hourglass shape.

needs SERIOUS upper body work, as his chest and back didn't grow at all. his arms look a little beefier...probably focused on bi's & tri's instead of pecs, delts and lats...and just letting the arms grow with the chest and back.

No, it is definitely 'per egg' :) Seriously it looked a bit much to me too, but they are pretty large eggs it must be said.

He should have chosen a regimen that includes squatting 3X a week as a minimum.
