Day 1, 4.10pm - I've joined this forum today hoping for inspiration, or at least some way of convincing myself that I need to focus on losing weight. I need to get on with it, although even today thoughts of crisps and chocolate spin around in my mind, anyone would think I was starving, I think I'm starving, then I look at my waistline and realise I've got enough excess to last a trip across the sahara with water only, 32lbs of excess flab, that's like 64 packs of butter spare. Well, now I have reminded myself of that fact I guess I can survive without more fatty crisps and cheese at least til tomorrow!
