Totally forgot about this dairy....
Anyways back on weightloss mission :)
 
Done for day.but beginning tommorw ,going on a clean diet.

Proposed plan-( with intermediate fasting)
10 am.Breakfast -oats
1 pm.Lunch-egg/chickpea salad
4 pm.Snacks-milk/coffee and dried-nuts
5 pm Dinner -chicken/vegetable soup
6 pm.Dessert- mixed fruit Bowl.(plain)

Exercise-
1 hr aerobics daily
 
Done for day.
Oats,almondscoffee,juices,fruit ,rice,vegetables,tea and 2 sweet biscuits..
1/2 hr walk...
Weight update 72 kg.
 
Done for day.
Had a cheat day today.but didnt overdo.
30 min aerobics at home
