Proposed plan-( with intermediate fasting) 10 am.Breakfast -oats 1 pm.Lunch-egg/chickpea salad 4 pm.Snacks-milk/coffee and dried-nuts 5 pm Dinner -chicken/vegetable soup 6 pm.Dessert- mixed fruit Bowl.(plain) Exercise- 1 hr aerobics daily
