Tuesday

Went to the gym last Wed
Wkout II
Deadlift
Bicycle Crunch
Wt asstd Pullups
Bulg Split Squat
Pushups
Medicine Ball core work

I also went yesterday (Mon) and did wkout I.
 
Oh, and I've lost 3 pounds since getting back on track (grand total so far = 37.70 pounds)

Officially 13.30 pounds left.

How awesome it would be to work out with someone who can totally relate! I can only imagine you will have lots of clients that feel the same way. Congrats on the weight loss.

Wednesday

Wkout A in the morning, and Spin class in the afternoon. I don't prefer to put both in the same day, but class scheduling/kids, etc - it is what it is.
 
Well, I faxed off the form for my liability insurance today. I also picked up my new business cards. It looked nice seeing my name on them - it made it feel real in a way.

I also went to Group Cyntergy this morning. It's a yoga/pilates mixture class. I enjoyed it, and found it refreshing. I am definitely not as flexible as I once was. LOL - that's ok, I'm working on that too.
