Dear Diary,
Here we go again. I'm ready to get serious(again).I lost 30lbs but gained back 10. It was my fault though. I wasnt eating as well and exercising like i should of. But again, Im ready to get going. Im still 20 lbsahead anywayz!!
Ive been following the Weightwatchers points system that i found online. I eat the foods and count up the points...Ive been using weight loss pill to aide with cravings.
So here I go again....This time Im not stoppin till Im done.... ;)
 
Hey its nice to see you made it. You will certainly get the encouragement and praises you need here at this site. Keep up the good fight girl and remember don't be discouraged to be a loser(meaning loser in a good way) sorry real hyper right now :)

This is week 26 of my jouney to a healthier life....so far im down 30lbs!Yeah!!I am also back on track.. I lost 8lbs this week. Im just about where i was before i had my slump and gained that weight.I got my portions back down to a decent size, and didnt eat out once this week, which helped. My stresses are here my home is supposed to close on the 22nd and we still dont know for sure if we got the loan. The lender and the realtor both say things are good but im only 23 and my bf is 22 this is our first home and they are leary. But I havent got any extra cash for lunches so Ive been able to take lunches from home. Its a win-win. I will keep yall posted!! thx for the support :D

mmmm tonite i had a yummy dinner so i felt like sharing it:
I browned 4 italian sausage (turkey 98% fat free, hot dog style)
i cut it into pieces and squeezed with a paper towl.
in the same pan using the sausage juice i sauted up on med-low heat green bell peppers, yellow and orange bell peppers, and onion. then i added the sausage and let saute with a lid on for about 20 min.
I boiled the whole grain sphegetti noodles cut in half and ate the yummy saute over the noodles. i put cold diced tomato and a couple sprinkles of parmassian cheese.
YYYYUUMMMMM... sry had to share it was good. and only 8 ww points.. totaly filling and healthy :) super cheap ($3.50 for 2 people) super fast(30 min, prep time included) and just yummy
 
that sounds soo good!!! I hope that everything with the house works out! My boyfriend and I are also both 22, and we haven't started looking for a place yet, but want to in the next year or so... and it is scary b/c i am so young and don't have alot (aka ANY) saved up. Good luck with all of that!
 
do your research.. Here in oregon there are a bunch of grants and loans that are there specifically for first time home buyers...... We had pretty unstable credit since we didnt have any credit cards or anything, plus some bad checks i wrote 8 years ago... payed those off and got approved!!!

Hey can you give me some insight on the weight watchers plan I want to try it for the different variety of foods but I need to know how to calculate points. I'm trying to get as much info as I can cause I'm broke and I can't afford going to the meetings and also my membership to the gym. Hey I figure enough people have tried it to get me on a good track to shed the pounds and not the money. Thanks :D

I was 250 and allowed 30 pts so you figure you probably wann shoot to start with 40 pts. You are allowed 30 flex(flex=free points)points a week. you can use them to go out to chinese or you can use them to have an extra snack every day. I just kinda add them into my regular points. I try to stick to my 25pts that i set for my self... Through the last 27 weeks ive been keeping a food journal just remember : "if you bite it, write it" If you go over your points at the end of the week just remember you had those 30 pts freebie.I try not to think about those though. Here is a site that has allll the different foods and their points value.

Those are the only sites I use and i get everything i need!! Good luck and lemme know what recipes you try I love the taco bake..and the chix strognoff... they have some great crockpot stuff. and its all cheap!! Im just buying my first home so im the epitamy of broke... Just keep in the back of your mind that the higher the fiber the better!! Good luck!
 
Ugghh my man went out and bough sh*T to make brownies with 'shmellows and nuts of all things. I havent had temptation like that in a while and i failed :( the brownies are only 2.5 weight watchers points per serving which isnt bad but the stupid nuts and marshmellows put them up to 5 pts. I told my self i would only have 1 Ive had 4~thank god there is only 1 left and IM NOT EATING IT!!!! I will sit here and chat with yall and resist the temptation.. I think i will join a pool tournament.. ttyl all

Ok its been a while since ive posted I got my house i move in next week YAY!!!!! Ive been sweatin and packin all week.. I cant wait to get outta this house into my "home". Im gonna be really close to an elementary school with an awesome track, in a hickish town..where i know almost no one!! i cant wait!! so i will keep yall posted when i get back on track again :)
 
Hey whats up everyone!!! just got internet this week!! missed you all!! Home owning is awesome! My tree had bitchin peaches!!! the birds ate most my cherrys!! My flowers are good. Next year we are planting some veggies!! got the raised beds almost done!! So to the good stuff! I had to take a little break from the counting points, but i still ate very good most the time.I lost 2 lbs on my little break and that was without trying...which shows its a lifestyle, becomes so simple once ya get the hang of it... but i started back up on Aug.11 and since then lost 18 lbs....so im down to 200 even!!! Im excited knowing that in the next 7 days Im gonna break that 200 point and its alll downhill from there!!(i hope) So i will be sure to keep ya'll posted!!!! Hope you are all doing well also Ive been reading some logs and its lookin pretty good!! Keep up the good work everyone!!!!
