Deadlift Chart

Post your max conventional deadlift numbers here and include your bodyweight! The lifts are with no straps, belts, etc and you actually have to lift it, no calculators
I will have one coefficient list (Deadlift/Bodyweight) and one max pull list

You can pull conventional or sumo style, or whatever gets the bar off the floor really. But the bar has to come from a dead stop at the floor to complete lockout.

Pulling > Benching

I like this idea better than the how much do you bench thread. When I was 195-198 I pulled 405x1. But I'm 220 now, and I'll get ya a new number so don't post that one.

W/shoes? w/o shoes? W/gloves?
 
are there special deadlift shoes? if so then no, but regular training shoes are fine
no gloves.
and while you are here, could ya sticky the thread? the other one got deleted somehow.

You had better not leave out the decimals!!! they are very important!!!

Would it be too complicated to use body fat% to do the co-ef by deadlift/lean body weight.

Cos its a bit unfair on the guys with high body fat.
 
310 lb dead lift (1 rep max)
205 lb - weight

Edit: BTW I don't like deads that much since, every time, I kill my back.
 
I wanna know how jmanjman47 got ahead of me when my max is more? And Lei at least you are still 1st on the coefficient list.
 
sorry for the lack of me being here to edit stuff inn, computer problems, i think its a problem with the power supply.. keeps shutting itself down :(
 
I'll do singles one of these days. Max I've pulled is 245 for a double, at a bodyweight of around 155. Coefficient of 1.58 lbs/bw
