I just did some pistols, monkey baring (built my own), shouldering a 70lb. bag of sand for some farmers walking, and planche holds

not really worth mentioning duration/sets/rest

-Incline Bench Press is up 1 rep on last set
-Chinups I got 2 sets of 5, the rest sets with 2. None of them till failure. My goal is to work up to 5x5
-Bicep curls went up 10 pounds!
-Added Tricep Work
-No legs because my legs are still sore :mad:

Remember- the goal on a cut is to maintain strength or gain slightly. If lifts stay the same it means you lost little to no muscle at all. Since my lifts are going up; I must be doing a good job ;)
 
My basic military training will be in August or September. So I have tons of time to get ready for this.

This is what a Air Force Warhawk can do (considered the perfect score in basic military training)

Warhawk
75 pushups in 2 minutes
80 situps in 2 minutes
10 pullups (no time limit)
1.5 mile run in 8:08 minutes

I will alternate workouts.

Day A

Pushups (warhawks get 75)
1st set timed 1 minute
2nd set half of 1st set
3rd set half of 2nd set
4th set half of 3rd set

Situps (warhawks get 80)
1st set timed 1 minute
2nd set half of 1st set
3rd set half of 2nd set
4th set half of 3rd set

Pullups (Warhawks get 10, palms facing away on the pullups)
1st set till failure
2nd set half of 1st set
3rd set half of 2nd set
4th set half of 3rd set

Day B
Cardio day- I will do a light warmup. Warhawks get 1.5 miles in 8:08 minutes. For now, my running will be outside since I do not have a treadmill. I will do intervals to get my endurance and speed up. For endurance work I will do 3 miles (double the test) and for speed I will 0.75 miles (half the miles on the test)

These workouts will be every other day. After 5 consecutive days of working out I will take a rest for a day or 2 depending on how I feel and then I will repeat.

I do not have a pullup bar so I couldn't to chinups. At the moment I can't do one pullups (with the palms facing out) so when I do get a pullup bar I will be doing negatives for a while to get it up. I don't have access to weights either (broke as hell)

I started working at Subway last Sunday so when I get my first paycheck on Chirstmas Eve I will go out and buy some protein and a chinup bar and then start saving for a treadmill.

I got WAYS! to go before I am in warhawk shape.

12/13/2008- Day B

Did HIIT cardio outside for 20 minutes after work. Which was like 11:30 PM lmao. I really want a treadmill....but I guess running in the cold is just fine lol.

Tommorow is my weigh-in day. I don't expect to lose any weight. I did 4 weeks of cutting prior so this week I stood at maintenance to get my metabolism rolling again.

I learned to never cut for really long periods of time. But if I do lose weight tommorow though, sure.

Notes
-Will I lose muscle from just dong bodyweight exercises while cutting?
-Also I am gonna start doing my pushups in 5 sets of half of my PR. That way I can get more pushups overall; and then test for a new PR every other week.

so I wanna have something like this happen:

EDIT- Just read a few things and I'm gonna start elevating my feet and doing a normal set/rep scheme with pushups. I'm thinking something like 4x10. Next workout I will try 2 inches elevated and then start increasing.

Lost my internet again for good now...I"m posting from school. My diet has been crap the past 1 and a half weeks.

Only good news is my pushups are progressing. I havent' had time to do anything because of my job :mad: but once I get paid at least I could buy some things I need:

cell phone
chin up bar
whey protein
new shoes
peanuts
some clothes

bank the rest. save money for contacts or new glasses.
 
I won't be on for a week or so, vacation!

otherwise i'm doing well, last checked 150lbs. 13.4% bf.
