Dani's Diary

i've ppigged out a bit in the last week but nothing too bad. I really want to lose some fat on my hips. I feel like i am losing everywhere else but that stupid 'problem place'. but i am doing squats and whatnot with weights so im homing to see is shrink soon
 
its finally my birthday! i just dont want to overdo it with the drinks tonight and have like 8x my cals lol
 
ok so for the last week i havent been doing my exercise videos but now that tonight is my last exam (2 hour exam starting at 7pm grrr) i will have time ot get back to it. My rugby season starts up on tuesday so im deff getting my cardio back in my workout and i think that thats enough for now since i havnt run since feb. So this is my tentative workout schedule:

Monday weights
tuesday cardio with rugby
wednesday weights
thursday cardio with rugby
friday weights
satruday cardio when i have rugby games
sunday my day off
